Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

At Dream Home Solar Solutions, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their solar solutions. However, if a situation arises that requires cancellation or refund, the following policies apply:

1.1 Before Site Survey

Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of placing it, provided a site survey has not been scheduled or conducted. A full refund will be processed.

1.2 After Site Survey but Before Installation

A cancellation charge of up to 10% of the project value may be deducted to cover survey and administrative costs.

1.3 After Material Dispatch or Installation

Cancellations are not permitted once materials are dispatched or installation work has commenced.

2. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

In case of payment via bank transfer, customers must provide valid account details for a secure refund transaction.

3. Special Cases

Refunds for customized systems or special-order components will be subject to the supplier's return policy.

In case of performance issues or faults under warranty, repair or replacement will be provided rather than a refund.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Timeline

Dream Home Solar Solutions ensures timely and secure delivery of solar equipment and components to your site.

Delivery is typically completed within 7–15 business days after the finalization of design and payment confirmation.

Timelines may vary based on project complexity, location, and availability of materials.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping within serviceable areas in South India is generally included in the project cost.

For deliveries outside standard service zones, additional delivery charges may apply.

3. Delivery Method

All solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and related accessories are delivered directly to the installation site via verified logistics partners or our in-house delivery team.

4. Inspection and Acceptance

Upon delivery, customers are requested to inspect the goods and report any physical damage or missing items within 24 hours of receipt.

Any claims made after this period may not be eligible for free replacement.
